Services for our City of Tucson Customers

In February 2018, the City of Tucson formally combined the Finance and Procurement Departments into a new department called Business Services.

Business Services has two new divisions to provide for your procurement needs: Shared Services Procurement which is responsible for City of Tucson procurement and contracting; and Procurement Operations which is responsible for the management of City of Tucson procurement-related programs of Accounts Payable, Contract Administration & Management, Davis-Bacon, DBE/SBE, pCard, and SAMM (Surplus, Auction and Materials Management).

State Contract Furniture pricing is available for your home offices! Steelcase furniture is now available for your Work From Home offices. How this works: This is for City employees only. You must register with your City email address. You must use a personal credit card. Delivery must go to your remote/home office.
